Description Of The Request

Install two defective FRP transition pieces (10’ X 10’) at the client’s site within a 96-hour timeframe. These FRP pieces were manufactured by our sister company, Troy Dualam Brockville. Last-minute modifications were necessary and were carried out at our workshop.

Outcome

The result following the jointing work typically includes a secure and durable connection between the FRP pieces, ensuring structural integrity and functionality. The joint lamination should provide a seamless bond, preventing leaks or weaknesses, and the project would be completed within the specified timeframe, adhering to quality standards. Additionally, collaboration with the on-site mechanical teams would ensure that the work aligns with the overall system requirements, allowing the equipment or infrastructure to perform optimally after the repairs or modifications.

The Result of Project

Upon completing the installation of the two defective FRP transition pieces within the 96-hour timeframe, the project yielded a robust and reliable outcome. The jointing work successfully established a secure and durable bond between the FRP components, ensuring the structural integrity of the system. The lamination process provided a seamless connection, eliminating any risk of leaks or weaknesses, and guaranteeing long-term functionality. Furthermore, close collaboration with the on-site mechanical teams ensured that the installation adhered to the broader system requirements. As a result, the equipment was fully operational post-installation, with all work completed to the highest quality standards.
