How the FRP Repair Scope Is Defined
Following condition assessment and, where required, engineering review, the agreed scope may include leak or crack repair; localized laminate repair or reinforcement; repair of delaminated areas; nozzle, joint or piping repairs; and localized restoration of damaged linings or corrosion barriers.
Where structural laminate damage is confirmed, a separate structural repair or reinforcement scope may be developed, subject to adequate design information and any required engineering review. Materials and procedures are selected for the existing laminate, damage extent, design loads and documented service conditions.
